Unlike real estate brokerage and leasing,  Smith CRE's consulting services are geared toward clients who want to explore their real estate options further instead of completing a transaction. 

For example, our team has been retained previously to perform a 10-Year Discount Cash Flow Analysis. Our team has been trained by the best in the industry not only to conduct the proforma but also to understand, synthesize and present to our clients what the spreadsheet is showing.

If our client is a property owner and retains us for consulting services, then later decides to sell their property through our firm, we will graciously offset the consulting fee from the commission we receive once the property is sold.
